If it's a clear night in Sioux Falls on Thursday, December 12 we'll get to see the next full moon. This full moon is known as the Cold Moon or Long Nights Moon.

What's special about this full moon is that according to the Farmers Almanac it will occur at 12:12 am ET on 12/12. That is 12:12 12/12. If you are into Numerology I'm guessing this has some real significance. Here's what Willowsoul.com had to say about the 12:12.

“12:12 is a code portal that, when you enter in resonance with it, activates your Merkabic field. When this happens, you are in alignment with the human heart connecting to the Unity Consciousness.”

I'm not sure what all that means but apparently you will “awaken divine love and activate new energy frequencies.” And who doesn't want that!

Even if that doesn't really interest you, you may still want to stay up late and take a look at a really cool full moon. Or...Cold moon, I guess.
