From new tires to a new wardrobe, rotisserie chicken to fresh veggies, Costco has it. But, something they discontinued about a year ago is coming back, because customers asked for it and Costco listened.

The items coming back are books. A wide selection of books, just like when they were a permanent fixture at Costco. You'll be able to find children's books, bestselling novels, non-fiction, cookbooks, and lots more.

But this time around, you'll only be able to do your book shopping through the holiday season.

The senior vice president of membership and marketing, Peter Gruening, said that shoppers will be able to find "some good reading" from September through December.

Why did Costco's book section go away?

It apparently all came down to the amount of labor it took to unpack and display the books, as well as repack the unsold titles for shipment back to the publishers. Costco indicated it couldn't sustain that practice with the amount of labor it had.

They try to keep costs low by using minimal labor.

The book section will be coming back to most but not all warehouses. It is possible that Costco store in Alaska and Hawaii will not get their book sections back due the the shipping costs involved.

So, do your Costco book shopping this fall season before they disappear again.

Looks Like A Cartoon Halloween At Costco!

It's almost Halloween, and it looks like Costco is banking on beloved animated characters to help transform your haunted home.

Apparently, gone are the days when Halloween meant only spine-chilling skeletons and terrifying tombstones.

This year, Costco's Halloween section reads more like a Disney catalog than a horror movie set!
