We knew Bobby Moynihan’s SNL exit was imminent when CBS officially picked up sitcom pilot Me, Myself & I, but the fan-favorite star may already need a new gig. CBS has pulled the time-twisting series from its lineup after six episodes, likely marking our first major network cancellation of the fall.

According to TVLine, the Bobby Moynihan-John Larroquette-Jack Dylan Grazer series debuted in September with 7.5 million viewers, but ran under four million in its latest episode. The series will “return to the schedule at a later date,” and finish out production of its thirteen-episode order. In the meantime, 9JKL will replace Me, Myself & I on November 6, with Matt LeBlanc’s Man With a Plan returning for Season 2 in the 8:30 P.M. slot on November 13.

The series followed three distinct points in the life of an inventor, as played by Grazer, Moynihan and Larroquette. Moynihan reportedly had the option to renew his SNL contract, which previously included the standard seven-year deal and two extensions thereafter. In the meantime, he can be heard in Disney XD’s DuckTales reboot, and even made an SNL return of sorts in this past weekend’s animated David S. Pumpkins Halloween special.

In the meantime, stay tuned for the latest on Me, Myself & I, and any potential fall cancellations.
