Amazon Announces Its Third Prime Day
You may want to take off work July 11. You'll be too busy scouring deals on Amazon to concentrate. Amazon is bringing back Prime Day. Prime Day is set for Tuesday, July 11, 2017. It's the third time Amazon has promised deals on thousands of items as often as every five minutes.
The first thing you need to do is become an Amazon Prime member if you're not already one. You can sign up for a 30-day free trial here. If you choose to keep it, it's only $10.99 per month.
You may want to continue your membership, because Amazon Prime is pretty awesome. You get unlimited, free, 2-day shipping, unlimited streaming of movies and TV shows, Prime music, Prime Reading, unlimited photo storage and more.
The third annual Amazon Prime Day has evolved since 2015 and is almost a little complicated. While the official Amazon Prime Day is Tuesday, July 11, the event will actually start at 9:00 PM Eastern time on July 10 and will last until 3:00 AM Eastern time on July 12. There will be new deals as often as every five minutes for 30 hours.
Need a little help finding all the deals? Amazon suggests downloading their app, using Alexa if you have the Amazon Echo or Echo Dot, and setting up the Amazon Assistant on your computer.
If you need help navigating all of your options, there are videos on their website.
