Allegiant Airlines Now Offering Direct Flights From Sioux Falls t

Flying from Sioux Falls to Los Angeles just got a little more convenient and a touch more affordable late last week.

Allegiant Airlines kicked off direct flights from Sioux Falls to LA on Friday, (May 31).

Dakota News Now reports that Allegiant's new direct flights are part of the company's latest nationwide expansion to 66 different cities across the country.

As of right now, Allegiant flies out of Sioux Falls to 11 different locations including, Austin, Texas, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Las Vegas, Nevada, Los Angeles, California, Nashville, Tennessee, Orlando, Florida, Phoenix, Arizona, Punta Gorda, Florida, San Diego, California, Santa Ana, California, and Tampa, Florida.

Travelers can also catch flights on Allegiant out of Rapid City South Dakota as well.

Over the years, Allegiant Airlines has built a reputation for providing cheap non-stop flights to a variety of destinations throughout the United States.

The airline has been in existence since January of 1997. It is currently the fourteenth largest airline company in North America.

Allegiant offers service mostly to smaller non-hub regional airports, and typically only a few times each week.
