(97-3 KKRC) Greenberg’s Jewelers “Story Song” Contest Rules

CONTEST PERIOD:

The KKRC/Greenberg’s Jewelers “Story Song” contest runs on-air weekdays around 1:25 PM beginning Monday, March 10th through Friday, April 4th.

The Grand Prize ($1250.00 Greenberg’s Jewelers Gift Certificate) will be awarded to (1) eligible contestant via a random drawing on Monday, April 7th after 8AM during the Ben & Patty Morning Show.

PRIZE:

(1) Greenberg’s Jewelers Gift Certificate valued at $1250.00.

HOW TO ENTER/ELIGIBILITY:

Contestants will be given an opportunity to register to win a $1250.00 Greenberg’s Jewelers Gift Certificate to help commemorate the 125th Anniversary of Greenberg’s Jewelers in 2025.

Station Employees, Sponsors, and persons who are immediate family of or who reside in the same household as any person in either category is ineligible to win.

HOW TO PLAY:

Contestants will be instructed to listen to KKRC weekday afternoons around 1:25 PM for KKRC to play the Greenberg’s “Story Song.” Upon hearing the title of each day’s song, contestants will need to open the KKRC mobile App and enter the correct title of the song to become eligible to win the gift certificate Grand Prize.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:

· The contest will be played on-air once each weekday around 1:25 PM during the designated contest period.

· Contestants may attempt to qualify for the Grand Prize ONCE each day for the duration of the promotion.

· One prize winner per household.

· Townsquare Media- Sioux Falls Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the contest if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the Station and Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest as determined by the Station and its sponsors in its sole discretion. At its sole discretion, the KKRC/Greenberg’s Jewelers may disqualify any person whom it considers to have intentionally violated the Official Rules or any element of the Contest.
