Some of the best professional golfers in the sport will be attending this year's PGA Champions Event happening September, 9-15th at the Minnehaha Country Club in the heart of Sioux Falls.

Sanford is proud to welcome back seven-time South Dakota Golf Association Male Golfer of the Year Ryan Jansa to this year's tournament on a sponsor's exemption.

Throughout his career, Jansa has won 33 SDGA tournaments, including eight SDGA Amateur Championships and nine SDGA Husband/Wife Championships. The New Mexico State graduate was the Big West Conference Individual Champion in 1995 and a first-team all-conference selection in 1996.

Jansa will be heading back to the Sioux Empire this fall to be part of the field of players this year.

2024 marks the 7th year for the Sanford International Tournament, as Sanford Health continues to focus on its mission of charitable giving and making a lasting impact in the Sioux Falls community.

This year's tournament features a two-million-dollar purse. And according to Dakota News Now, will also feature a variety of ticket options, including Premier Club badges, daily ground passes, weekend ground passes, and packages that include food and merchandise.
