Mission accomplished!

Saying the 2020 Sioux Falls Winter Carnival was a success would be putting it mildly.

Organizers of the 2nd annual winter event held here in Sioux Falls really knocked it out of the park this year, thanks to all of your support!

Dakota News Now is reporting the recent Sioux Falls Winter Carnival ended up raising a total of $152,119!

People all over the Sioux Falls area embraced the ice and snow by participating in a series of fun outdoor events for a total of nine-days to help raise money for the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Sioux Empire.

Organizers say this year's event was the largest fundraiser in the groups history.

According to Dakota News Now the winter carnival began on (February 1) at The District with Frost: A Diamond Gala. It continued through (February 9) with a variety of outdoor winter activities designed for people of all ages, that included ice skating and special events at Great Bear Recreation Park.
