At Catfish Bay, it was the unexpected parts of the show that truly made it one of the best nights of our summer. Guys were being pulled out from under the water and skied laying down, there was the seated skier who caught the air and did some flips. The ramp jumps were even tackled by younger kids too. How cool to see so many little kids take part in entertaining the crowd.

You'd think the fact that I grew up in South Dakota would mean more visits to the State Capital Building in Pierre over the years. The last one I could recall was at the age of 5, so the memory was pretty blurry. Recently our family took a trip to Pierre and were wowed by the grandeur and history so beautifully displayed on the Capital Building grounds.
