Sioux Falls Selfie Stick Assault

On Tuesday night Sioux Falls police arrested a woman suspected of assaulting her boyfriend with both a knife and a selfie stick.

The woman allegedly cut the man's head with the knife and then hit him on the shoulder with a selfie stick and left.

According to the Argus Leader 22 year old Tyshauna Lyons is now facing charges of aggravated assault and simple assault intimidation for hitting and threatening a man she lives with using a knife and selfie stick.

He did not have serious injuries and was not hospitalized. Police arrested Lyons around midnight when she returned to the apartment and again began threatening the victim.
